Philippe POINT
Troby has made slot car sets in 1/32nd
scale and trains in 1/87th scale.
Philippe has only seen one set with slots
for two cars and two spare bodies or it
was for 4 cars, he said the cars were
missing in the set so he wasn't sure how it
was sold.
These cars are about 1/85th scale.
This car is a Peugeot 404 Berline (4
Door)
Talk about a rare car, WOW.
Thanks Francois and Philippe.

Hi Slugger,
I was on your manufacturers site, after quite
some time looking at it. Since you mentioned
the Troby cars and set, I can update you on
that, since I do happen to have the set at
home! In fact there were two complete cars in
it, with 2 bodies in different colors to change.
The body were changable without tools, so
one could switch to a different color fast, for
whatever reason!
What may also be of interest: Troby
manufactured push-cars featuring the exatc
chassis and body of the slotcars, just without
the electric and motor items! Not sure about
the reason for that, beside the idea that there
were not too many sets sold, and they got rid
of the plastic injection parts that way.
